Our Beliefs - Biblical
TruthThese selections (at right) were specified by Pastor Jay and reflect the balanced focus we at Rehoboth enjoy week after week.
We at Rehoboth are attempting to demonstrate the common thread between the fellowship of Believers as defined and taught by Gods Word. Though we all fail to live up to the measure of Christ's Faith, we also live and move and and have our breath in Him (Acts 17:28.) Apart from Gods Word we can not know where we need to improve, or how to practice our Faith. Apart from Gods Word we would never have Faith (Romans 10:12-17.)
Rehoboth Reformed Chapel focuses on a Biblical, God centered message, delivered in verse by verse study of God Word, reflecting on the practical application of Gods Word in the real world in which we currently live. We recognize God is LOVE and also reverence His JUDGEMENT, we endeavor to do justly, love mercy and walk humbly (Micah 6:8.) in the way we worship and serve.

in history:
"I blessed the Most High and praised and honored Him who lives forever: for His dominion is an everlasting dominion, and His kingdom is from generation to generation. No one can restrain His hand or say to Him what have you done?" Daniel 4: 34&35
in salvation:
" And not only this, but when Rebecca also had conceived by one man, even by our father Isaac (for the children not yet being born, nor having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works but of Him who calls), it was said to her, The older will serve the younger. "No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him..." John 6:44
"What then? Are we better than they? Not at all. For we have previously charged both Jews and Greeks that they are all under sin. As it is written: There is none righteous, no, not one; there is none who understands; there is none who seeks after God. They have all turned aside; they have become unprofitable; there is none who does good, no, not one. Their throat is an open tomb; with their tongues they have practiced deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips; whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness. Their feet are swift to shed blood; destruction and misery are in their ways; and the way of peace they have not known. There is no fear of God before their eyes." Romans 3:9-18
"For the wages of sin is death," Romans 6:23
"But I will show you whom you should fear: fear Him who, after He
has killed, has the power to cast into hell."

Jesus Christ,..." Acts 2:38

that God has raised Him from the dead you will be saved" Romans 10:9
